No guarantees, predictions, legal, medical, or financial advice are provided. Final Sale / No Refunds I understand that all sales are final. Due to the digital, customized, and/or time-based nature of the services and products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered under any circumstances once a session is delivered, scheduled, or a digital product is accessed. Delivery & Format I acknowledge that services may be delivered via 1:1 video session, phone session, online appointment, or pre-recorded video reading report, and that delivery timeframes are estimated, not guaranteed. Chargeback & Payment Disputes I agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through my bank or payment provider for services or digital products rendered as described. I understand that chargebacks for completed or delivered services may be contested with supporting documentation, including proof of delivery and acceptance of these terms. (This does not limit my rights in cases of verified unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.) No Competition / No Misrepresentation I agree that I will not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or misrepresent Moon Girl Tarot LLC’s services, session formats, digital products, branding, language, or intellectual property for commercial use. I understand that purchasing a service or product does not grant me any ownership, license, or right to compete using substantially similar offerings or representations. No Harassment / Bad-Faith Conduct I agree not to engage in harassment, defamation, false claims, or malicious reporting related to my purchase or participation. Any concerns will be addressed through good-faith communication. Age Requirement I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and voluntarily consent to receiving these services. Agreement to Policies By submitting payment through any method (including but not limited to Wix checkout, credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, or other electronic payment platforms), I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Accessibility Statement published by Moon Girl Tarot LLC.
